We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
At The Bodhi Tree we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes what you see on the web site doesn’t match how the real crystal appears physically due to the difference in the colors from screen to screen. We do our best to photograph them and describe them accurately, and we recognize that we can’t always meet everyone’s expectations. We don’t stock any crystals we wouldn’t want to own, so if it isn’t right – send it back. We do require that you notify us within 10 days of receiving the crystal, and that you have it back to us within 3 weeks. All sales are final 21 days after receipt.
Please understand that all undamaged aka non-defective items returned will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If you are returning an item, once we receive the crystal in the same condition in which it was sent, we will refund your money by using the same means you used to pay for the item originally. We cannot reasonably refund the cost of postage. Please allow up to 3 weeks once the items are returned for the refund to be processed back to you.
When shipping items back to us, please wrap each item being returned securely in tissue or toilet paper, then wrapped that in bubble wrap. Tape the bubble wrap closed. Pack the tissue and bubble wrapped item in a sturdy box with at least one inch of additional packing material all around. Use a new box. Include all labels and any other materials provided with the crystal in the box. If the crystal is delicate or easily broken, it must be double boxed - feel free to call or email us if you are uncertain. Make sure the inner box is packed as noted above, then pack that box in another box with at least 1/2 inch of bubble wrap or styrofoam padding all around. Mail the package to The Bodhi Tree, 9409 US Highway 19, Suite 667, Port Richey, FL 34668. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number and a copy of your invoice to assure prompt refund.
Shipping charges for returning items are the customer’s responsibility. Please wrap and pack the specimen carefully and insure the package for its value.
We do apologize for any damage in shipment. We pack very carefully and take all possible precautions. However, on very rare occasions, damage does occur due to mishaps in transit. Please contact us at once if you receive an item damaged in the mail. We must be notified so that we can properly file an insurance claim. Please check all shipments immediately and keep all packing material and wrapping should an item be damaged. Contact us immediately by email at Love@BodhiTree.Rocks for complete instructions for processing the collection of any insurance and the refund of your purchase price. Please understand that if you do not assist us in filing an insurance claim we will be unable to successfully recover the value of the item from the Post Office, and will be unable to refund your purchase price.
Shipping great distance does have great risks. At The Bodhi Tree we are unable to assume liability for shipments of foreign orders. We maintain copies of all customs forms on file as proof of shipment; however, the customer assumes all risks involved in receipt of order.
